Raspberry Gin Mojito

There's never a bad time to enjoy a refreshing mojito, and while the classic version is always a favourite, we’re especially fond of adding a gin twist. The raspberry gin mojito is packed with flavour, made with Torbay Gin’s blood orange and raspberry-infused gin.

Ingredients

50ml Aurantiaco Gin
10 fresh mint leaves
8 ripe raspberries
6 lime wedges
12.5ml sugar syrup
Soda water
Ice cubes
Mint sprig for garnish

In a glass, muddle the lime wedges, mint leaves, raspberries, and sugar syrup. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in 50ml of Aurantiaco Gin and top with soda water. Stir well with a bar spoon to combine the flavours, then garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.
