Juicy little gluten-free cocktail sausages are individually wrapped in slices of our delicious bacon to create these classic 'Pigs in Blankets' - whether served as part of a hot buffet or tucked around a roast chicken, they're guaranteed to disappear fast!

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: Pork mince, rice flour, maize starch, salt, onion powder, sugar, stabiliser E452, herbs, preservatives E223, antioxisdant, bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite), sulphates

To oven cook your Pigs in Blankets, preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6, and place them on a baking tray. Cook in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the bacon is crisp – you’ll need to turn them from time to time.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt. Previously frozen item - unsuitable for re-freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

All Greendale pigs in blankets are hand-made at the farm shop, using high quality meat from the best East Devon pork and bacon from our trusted UK or EU suppliers. Please note during peak season we might have to source sausage meat from alternative UK suppliers with standards as high as our own

This seasonal item is only available to pre-order for collection or delivery in December.

We make these Pigs in Blankets by hand at the Greendale Farm Shop, using our own sausages and slices of our finest streaky bacon – it’s a fiddly job, but we think you’ll agree the end result is worth it!

Clare and Ethan are the driving force behind Greendale’s Made By Us ready meals, combining their fantastic cooking skills with quality ingredients from our farm and fishing boats to create flavour-packed and healthy dishes. Clare has worked at Greendale for nine years, with many years’ prior experience as a chef, and consistently manages to impress our staff and customers alike with her sell-out nut roasts and vegetarian wellingtons every Christmas. Ethan has been working in the food industry for 12 years, including working as a chef, before heading up our Fishmongers department, amongst other roles. They’re a talented team – we think you’ll taste their skill and expertise in every bite!
