Fresh Flour's Macaroni are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a subtle addition of either Maris Widgeon, Millers Choice , or a Seasonal Choice flour.

The result is a medium coloured pasta with a riot of taste. The Mulika flour delivers a physical strength and a light, nutty flavour, making our Bucatini perfect with rich, or cheesy sauces. This wonderful ,hollow spaghetti tis also ideal for tomato based, or the classic Cacio e Pepe.

Flour (milled from ancient and heritage wheats) [GLUTEN], Devon water

Cook for 5-6 minutes.
