Classic macaroni pasta, smothered in a rich cheddar cheese sauce, with a hint of tangy mustard. Serves 1-2. Suitable for vegetarians

For those days when you just need to get a good meal on the table, Greendale Ready Meals couldn’t be simpler – just pop in the oven, microwave or even the air fryer, relax and enjoy. Made with the finest ingredients from our farm and fishing boats, all of our Ready Meals are prepared by hand here at Greendale Farm Shop.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: durum wheat (GLUTEN), plain flour, butter (DAIRY), milk, cheddar cheese MUSTARD, white wine vinegar (SULPHATES), turmeric, pepper, salt, parsley.

OVEN COOK: 25 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 25 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 30 mins. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE: 5 mins, 900W
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.

Clare and Ethan are the driving force behind Greendale’s Made By Us ready meals, combining their fantastic cooking skills with quality ingredients from our farm and fishing boats to create flavour-packed and healthy dishes. Clare has worked at Greendale for nine years, with many years’ prior experience as a chef, and consistently manages to impress our staff and customers alike with her sell-out nut roasts and vegetarian wellingtons every Christmas. Ethan has been working in the food industry for 12 years, including working as a chef, before heading up our Fishmongers department, amongst other roles. They’re a talented team – we think you’ll taste their skill and expertise in every bite!
