Our take on a Sicilian street food made from risotto that is rolled and breaded using mushrooms and black truffle.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: Risotto rice, mushroom , olive oil, onion, Greendale scrumpy cider, butter (DAIRY), BREAD crumbs (GLUTEN), parmesan (DAIRY), water, EGG, MILK (DAIRY), salt, black pepper, parsley, black truffle.

OVEN COOK: 15 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 15 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 15 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE: 
We do not recommend cooking our Mushroom & Truffle Arancini in the microwave.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.
