Our take on a Sicilian street food made from risotto that is rolled and breaded using our own beech smoked hake.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: Risotto rice, beech smoked Hake (FISH), olive oil, onion, Greendale scrumpy Cider, Butter (DAIRY), Bread crumbs (GLUTEN), water, EGG, Milk (DAIRY), salt, black pepper, parsley.

OVEN COOK: 20 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 20 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 20 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE: 

We do not recommend cooking our Smoked Hake Arancini in the microwave.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.
