Juicy little gluten-free cocktail sausages are individually wrapped in slices of our delicious bacon to create these classic 'Pigs in Blankets' - whether served as part of a hot buffet or tucked around a roast chicken, they're guaranteed to disappear fast!

To oven cook your Pigs in Blankets, preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6, and place them on a baking tray. Cook in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the bacon is crisp – you’ll need to turn them from time to time.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt. Previously frozen item - unsuitable for re-freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

All Greendale sausages are hand-made at the farm shop, using high quality meat from the best East Devon pork, lamb, venison and beef.

We make these Pigs in Blankets by hand at the Greendale Farm Shop, using our own sausages and slices of our finest streaky bacon – it’s a fiddly job, but we think you’ll agree the end result is worth it!
