Our skilled team have elevated the humble macaroni cheese with the addition of a Greendale lobster! With a rich cheddar cheese sauce and a hint of mustard, it's a comforting classic with a special seafood upgrade!

Serves 1-2 people.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: Durum WHEAT (GLUTEN), LOBSTER (SHELLFISH) plain flour, BUTTER (DAIRY), MILK, cheddar CHEESE, MUSTARD, white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), turmeric, pepper, salt, parsley.

OVEN COOK: 25 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 25 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 20 mins. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE: 12 mins, 900W
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Suitable for home freezing. Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately.
