Not actually related to the Potato at all, Sweet Potatoes have orange flesh and a slightly sweet taste – they’re also a fantastic source of vitamins (particularly Vitamin A), minerals and fibre.

Please note: As a natural product, sizes can vary from crop to crop, meaning some fruit or vegetables may be smaller or larger than others. However, they are always fresh and of great quality.

Wash before use. Sweet Potato flesh is lighter and fluffier than a standard potato, and will cook more quickly. Delicious baked, mashed, chipped or roast, sweet potatoes also work well in curries, stews and casseroles.
