Salad Box - Large contains (Approx.): 2kg Salad Potatoes, 1kg Mixed Colour Cocktail Vine Tomatoes, 800g Red Peppers, 600g Orange Peppers, 2 Bunches of Spring Onions, 1 Bunch of Carrots, 1 Cucumber, 1 Pack of 2 Little Gem Lettuce, 1 Bag of Rocket, 1 Bag of Spinach, and 1 Iceberg Lettuce.

Store the greens and herbs in the fridge, ideally in a plastic bag or airtight container with a damp paper towel to keep them fresh. For any pre-chopped veggies, store them separately in an airtight container. Use within a few days for the best taste and texture.
