Our Salad Selection Boxes contain a hand-chosen variety of our most popular salad items. These will change every month to reflect the seasonality of the produce, but will always include popular items such salad potatoes, tomatoes and lettuce as well as seasonal 'stars'. Store the greens and herbs in the fridge, ideally in a plastic bag or airtight container with a damp paper towel to keep them fresh. For any pre-chopped veggies, store them separately in an airtight container. Use within a few days for the best taste and texture.
