Hand-diced chunks of delicious fresh cod, all folded into a cheese and mustard sauce and topped with crispy bread crumbs.

Cod (72%) (Fish), Mornay Sauce (24%) (Milk, Dove Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Cheese (Milk), Butter (Milk), Onion, White Wine, Mustard, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper), Breadcrumbs, (Wheat flour, Yeast, Salt), Dried Parsley.

OVEN COOK: 25 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 25 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 25 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE:
We do not recommend cooking our Cod Mornay in a microwave.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.

At Greendale, we’re only interested in selling the best to our customers. Because we have our own fishing fleet, where possible we can supply our fish & chip takeaway with regular fresh catches that can be traced directly back to the sea. Operating in accordance with the Seafood Responsible Fishing Scheme, our boats work out of Brixham and Newlyn, catching a variety of fish from Westcountry waters. If we can’t catch it ourselves, we source only from trusted suppliers with standards as high as our own.
