A quick-to-use, classic French sauce enriched with brandy and peppercorns. Ideally suited for fillet steak. Also delicious with pork fillets or finely sliced potatoes.

Store away from direct heat and light in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 days.
