These shell-on frozen black tiger prawns are perfect for the barbecue. Grill them in their shells for extra flavour, then peel them (once cool enough) and enjoy plump, tasty meat.

Black Tiger Prawn (CRUSTACEAN)

Grill from defrost. Preheat grill. Drain excess liquid from the prawns and place on grill pan or tray. Grill on a medium/high heat for 8-10 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Remove from the grill pan or tray and remove head and shell.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.
