Cornish New Potatoes, also know as 'Cornish earlies', are one of the first new potatoes to be available in the season. We sell ours ‘dirty’ i.e. with soil still on them, as the mud preserves the quality, flavour and freshness.

Please note: As a natural product, sizes can vary from crop to crop, meaning some fruit or vegetables may be smaller or larger than others. However, they are always fresh and of great quality.

Cook them simply with either a salad or on the side with a bit of butter and black pepper. Buy 'dirty' i.e. with soil still on them, this preserves the quality, flavour and freshness.
