Rhubarb season is well under way. Our Rhubarb is grown locally, and really delivers that sweet/sour kick (along with brilliantly pink stems) we all love. Why not make a delicious rhubarb crumble?

Rhubarb is too tart to be eaten raw, so should be cooked with plenty of sugar. Stew or poach (8-10 minutes) or roast (15 minutes for forced). Use to make crumbles, pies or jam. It goes well with both ginger and strawberries

Rhubarb can be stored in the fridge, or in the freezer.
