A delicious fig cake and almonds that goes perfectly with cheese, salads or yoghurts. Try with fresh goat cheese (we like Rosary Goats Cheese), farmhouse cheddars (try Hawkridge Mild, Mature or Vintage), and blues like Devon Blue. Use a slice of the cake in place of a cracker or baguette slice, especially if you’re serving it with cheese for dessert.
