Roast root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots with olive oil, salt, and your favorite herbs at 400°F (200°C) for a delicious side. Sauté or steam leafy greens for a simple side dish, or toss them in a salad. Fresh fruits like apples and pears are great for desserts or enjoying as a snack, while citrus can add a fresh touch to salads and drinks!

Store root vegetables like potatoes and carrots in a cool, dark place. Keep leafy greens and herbs in the fridge, wrapped in a damp paper towel or placed in a plastic bag. For fruits, store apples, pears, and citrus in the fridge, and keep other fruits like bananas at room temperature. Keep ethylene-producing fruits separate to avoid premature ripening.
