Dark chocolate 98% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), natural mint oil 1%, golden granulated sugar 1%.

It all started in 2005 when they set up Kernow Chocolate to make a range of products of their own to sell in their Cornish food & drink shop ‘Kernow Harvest’ based in Wadebridge (closed in 2012). M.D. Alex and his wife Jayne went into business with daughter Nicola and soon to be husband Andy who had both recently moved back to Cornwall. The business grew again when son Philip and his partner Vicki returned from working in Australia to join. They started selling the chocolate alongside fudge made by Buttermilk Confections at farmers' markets and local food & drink shows and started picking up shops to supply along the way. Many years and a lot of hard work later, they’re Cornwall’s largest artisan chocolate maker, supplying to shops, tourist attractions and little hands everywhere.
