100% Black Tea

Black tea is best made with water brought to a full boil and used immediately for the tea to release its full flavour (if you're using a teapot remember to warm the pot first). Use one teabag per person.

Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. If you like your tea strong add more tea, don't steep for longer as this will turn the flavours bitter. Drink with milk, with lemon or on its own.
