Greendale Sausage Meat is hand-ground from our own, carefully matured pork – perfect for sausage rolls, stuffing and more.

Sausage meat can be made into any number of mouth-watering meals, from Scotch Eggs and sausage rolls to stuffings and paté.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

Greendale sausages meat is made with the best East Devon pork. We use good quality offcuts from the pork shoulder and belly to make this classic sausage meat, mincing the meat by hand to ensure the right texture. Please note during peak season we might have to source sausage meat from alternative UK suppliers with standards as high as our own.

Our sausage meat is made only from offcuts of our prime pork, ensuring you get the best-tasting results whatever recipe you choose to use.
