Mango Smoothie

This dairy-free smoothie looks like a glassful of sunshine – guaranteed to brighten even the dullest of mornings! If you’re not a fan of banana, you can leave it out of the recipe or substitute an extra mango instead.

Ingredients

MangoesBananaOrange Juice2 (medium-sized)
1 large
1 litre

Method
Prepare the mangoes by cutting down each side of the central flat stone, then peeling the flesh and cutting it into rough chunks. Peel and chop the banana, then put all the ingredients into a blender and process until completely smooth. Pour into two large glasses (add ice if wished) and serve.
