A chef, an artist, a scientist and an award-winning distillery on the Cornish coast. The idea of working together to create a distillery had been brewing for some time, and as it happens, the upheaval of lockdown during the summer madness that was 2020 was just what needed to galvanise Ruth, Daisy and Chloe into action. The three had known each other for many years, and their distillery is making good use of their shared knowledge and experience in food preparation, recipe development, food science, alcohol production and design. Their goal? To create spirits with a meticulous eye on craftmanship, vibrant, utterly delicious flavours using fresh and foraged ingredients, inspired by the sea and landscape around them. They make their spirits with enjoyment in mind - unhurried, unfussy get-togethers with favourite company and a glass of something darn delicious in hand. This gin is fresh, complex and dry, with light aromas of pine, lemon, anise and a slight salinity on the palate, with a lingering fennel and citrus finish - excellent with premium tonic and a slice of orange. 100% recyclable bottles, labels and packaging.
