Gather friends and family around the table with our Chicken Roast Boxes. Featuring a whole barn-reared chicken, seasonal vegetables, stuffing and rich white wine & tarragon gravy, these carefully curated boxes contain everything you need to create a traditional roast dinner at home.

Remove the Chicken Roaster from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature, then preheat the oven to 190°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Place the Chicken in a roasting tin, then brush it with melted butter and season generously with pepper and salt. Put it in the oven and roast for 1 hour 15 minutes, using its juices to baste it regularly as it cooks. At the end of the cooking time, check the Chicken is ready by inserting a clean skewer into it; if the juices run clear, it is properly cooked. Remove the cooked Chicken Roaster from the oven and let it rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.
