A deliciously smooth and sweet addition to our special range of prohibition-style spirits, Greendale Pecan Pie Moonshine is distilled the traditional way in small batches.

In Prohibition-era America, ‘Moonshine’ simply meant high-proof spirits, distilled illicitly and often made at night (hence the name). Happily, times have changed; our Pecan Pie Moonshine is a law-abiding grain-based spirit, perfect in cocktails, served straight over ice or even poured over vanilla ice-cream.

Store moonshine in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally between 50-70°F (10-21°C). Keep the bottle tightly sealed to prevent evaporation and oxidation. Always store it upright to avoid prolonged contact with the cork or cap, which could affect the flavour. If the bottle has a metal lid, check periodically for corrosion. Properly stored, moonshine can last indefinitely without spoiling.

There are plenty of egg-cellent (sorry) reasons to shop at Greendale this Easter; we've all you'll need, from superb local lamb, fresh fish and vibrant veg to luxury Hot Cross Buns and tempting sweet treats. Items ordered online or in-store can be delivered locally (or made ready for collection) on the day of your choice, while national-delivery orders must be placed by 2pm on March 31st for delivery before Easter.
