Our distiller makes the premium dark base-rum by distilling sugarcane molasses in a classic pot & column still. This base rum is then expertly blended with our carefully chosen spices and pure clear honey, from the bees here at Greendale Farm, to produce an exclusive-recipe dark rum. Delicately balanced, warm and smooth, this richly fragrant rum is best enjoyed over ice.
